The property currently has a six thousand square foot concrete building that can be used for the reception area, office, laundry, and staff accommodations.
The cottages, pool, and cabana will be placed on the gulf side of the property.

We want a retreat where the Veterans can do the things that might have been done before their injuries. Providing a place where the Veterans can connect with others who have dealt with similar injuries will help them continue their healing process.
Our architectural firm, The Little Red Rooster, is expecting to have the plans completed in early December. We have selected three contractors to provide the plans for pricing on the project.

Our application for a dock has been delayed due to an underwater survey that was required. It may be late 2024 before a decision is reached.
