The property currently has a six-thousand-plus square-foot concrete building that will be used for housing guests and staff.

The City of Marathon leadership has been very supportive of The Bravo Zulu Retreat project.
We will continue to meet with the City of Marathon leaders to obtain approvals to keep the project moving forward.
